A house for spending time together
La Invernada accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms, with three bathrooms and an open kitchen. Prepare meals together and enjoy the views of Lake Gutiérrez and the surrounding forest from the living spaces. Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer and private parking are included.

Arrange transport to the outings you choose. Ask activity operators about their equipment and current conditions when planning time on the water, and check the relevant trail information before setting out.
Activities for your group
Arelauquen manages its golf and sports facilities, pool and spa. Access follows the club’s rules and requires passes or additional charges. Confirm availability before building your day around a club activity.
If fishing is part of the trip, ask us about local guides and check the current season and permit requirements with the operator. We can also discuss optional housekeeping and breakfast, arranged in advance for an additional charge and subject to availability.
Plan your arrival and dates
The house is inside Arelauquen near Route 82 and Lake Gutiérrez. A rental car makes it easier to organize different outings; if you prefer transfers, arrange them before arrival. Bariloche Airport is approximately 25 km away, with a usual journey estimate of about 45 minutes.
